Starting at just 16 years old with a simple DJ controller and some old speakers, Ricky’s early fascination with music set the stage for what would become a thriving business. Today, Ricky manages a dedicated team of 15 professionals, executing over 300 events annually.
“What makes me most proud is the fact that we built this from nothing. It was all a dream I had as a kid fresh out of college, and we’ve been able to bring it to life by working hard and partnering with amazing people along the way to help us achieve the goals we set forth,” Ricky reflects.
