Go Touch Free
To ensure the safety of our users, we have come up with a touch-free protocol for using our photo booths. By taking advantage of barcodes and QR codes, you can eliminate the need for your guests to touch anything besides their phone while using your photo booth. Additionally, our trained staff can manually enter your guest’s contact information so that your guests don’t have to do it themselves.
Sanitary Guidelines for Staff
To best protect both our staff and your guests, we’ve implemented new sanitary guidelines our staff must adhere to while on the job. For example, our staff is now required to wash their hands after they have finished setting up a booth and use hand sanitizer after any direct contact with guests. Additionally, any of our staff that is experiencing coronavirus-related symptoms, such as a fever, shortness of breath, or muscle and body aches will be taken off an event. Lastly, all surfaces of the photo booth will be wiped down and disinfected regularly throughout an event.
Limiting Prop Use
As much as we love props and recognize the extra layer of fun they add to photo booths, we are temporarily suspending reusable props from our photo booths. Unfortunately, there is little way to mitigate the risk of reusable props during this time. However, guests can still make use of virtual props to add fun accents to their photos.
Requiring Guests to Sanitize Their Hands
It is clear that one of the most effective ways to prevent the spread of coronavirus is to regularly wash your hands with soap and water or to use hand sanitizer. Therefore, we are recommending that event planners set up signs throughout your event encouraging guests to sanitize their hands before and after they use the photo booth.
